COACHING

Our initial complementary session is a time to learn about the Presence-Based® Coaching process, ask questions, talk about the current situation and get to know each other.

COACHING FOR INDIVIDUALS 

 

As your life coach, my role is to support, inspire and focus. 

 

I'll work with you to clarify your values, create goals/outcomes, identify strengths and skills, and design ways to practice those skills and behaviors to meet your goals. 

 

My approach  incorporates Mindfulness practices which are ways to pay attention to your mind, heart and body in an active learning process, as you build life-long powerful new habits at work and at home.

 

While in coaching, you can increase your awareness around choices you're making that work well for you and those that may not support what you really want in life.

Coaching conversations take place at your location, via Zoom or by phone.  Coaching costs are determined in the first session and is based on your unique coaching needs.

In coaching we identify where your skills and strengths lie and develop those skills enabling you to lead others more effectively and with ease. I provide honest and immediate feedback, offer assessments and co-create fieldwork with you to practice between sessions. You'll find what you learn applies directly to your professional life but also on a much broader scale.
